We are currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator Sr Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

The Recruiting Coordinator is a key member of the Recruiting organization. This person will work with recruiters and Executive Leadership to ensure the recruiting process is executed in an effective fashion. This is a detail-oriented position and requires strong organization skills and attention to detail.

Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities follow and may change based on existing priorities: •    Coordinate and support projects and tasks related to Recruiting and Human Resources, including but not limited to scheduling interviews, travel arrangements, and preparing candidates for interviews.
•    Prioritize multiple functions and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
•    Develop and sustain strong relationships with Recruiters, Consultants, Human Resources team members, Candidates, Managers and Executives.
•    Creation of Offer approval requests and/or letters.
•    Facilitating the BG check process for new hires.
•    Creation and acquisition of documents and coordination with immigrations to support visa transfers.  
•    Complete onboarding tasks for new hires in Navigator and Success Factors.
•    Complete Navigator profile for New Hire.
•    Upload required documents into the Recruiter Repository.
•    Creation of RR, Workflow, Pending Starts, Hires and Audit and related reports.
•    Review and evaluation of media and utilization of media utilization.    

Basic Qualification:
•    4-year degree required
•    Ability to work remote and on occasion out of the Guadalajara office
•    2+ years of experience in a similar Recruiting Coordinator position or equivalent experience in another position
•    1 Year experience working with Sr. leadership level resources
•    Bi-lingual (Spanish/English)
