Role Summary
This instructor delivers full-spectrum Pilates instruction across all major apparatus and class levels, supporting advanced members and private training clientele.
Scope of Teaching

• Reformer (all levels)
• Chair, Springboard, TRX, Barre fusion
• Private & semi-private training

Key Responsibilities

• Teach multi-level classes with layered progressions
• Integrate props and modalities creatively and safely
• Build and retain private training clientele
• Adapt programming to meet diverse member needs
• Serve as a mentor to junior instructors
• Represent the studio in community events

Requirements

• Comprehensive Pilates certification (Mat, Reformer, Chair, Springboard)
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum 1–2 years reformer teaching experience
• Strong anatomy knowledge and injury awareness
