This role will drive significant impact by helping customers maximize the value of Employee Service solutions through optimized workflows and adoption strategies. It requires a combination of expertise in IT service management and employee experience to ensure that clients deliver exceptional internal service experiences. As a vital link between various teams, you will contribute to reducing customer risk while enhancing satisfaction and operational improvements.

Accountabilities

• Accelerate adoption and time-to-value of Employee Service solutions
• Serve as subject matter expertise in internal service delivery and employee workflows
• Partner with customer success managers to enhance service delivery
• Influence strategy for high-quality customer experience and enablement programs
• Provide actionable insights to shape future product development

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, IT Service Management, or related fields
• Strong understanding of internal service delivery models
• Proven track record in driving the adoption of SaaS platforms
• Excellent advisory and consulting abilities
• Strong communication and influencing skills across customer and internal teams
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks preferred
• Experience in data storytelling and value mapping
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
