Are you an experienced digital marketing professional ready to scale your career in the fast-growing personal development and online education industry?

We’re seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Contractor to design, execute, and optimize high-converting digital campaigns promoting our established personal development programs to a global audience.

This fully remote role offers performance-based earnings and the chance to build a global digital business presence from anywhere.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media advertising
Create compelling digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, qualified leads, and online conversions
Manage and nurture leads via CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
Analyze metrics and KPIs using Google Analytics and conversion tracking to optimize ROI
Collaborate with the marketing team to scale successful initiatives using data-driven growth strategies
Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization for continuous performance improvement

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years’ proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing
Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO software, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
Strong communication, copywriting, and presentation skills
Self-motivated and organized professional with excellent time management skills
Entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with measurable success metrics
Ability to operate independently in a remote, contractor-based role
