Shift: Nights | 3×12 hours | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Gross Weekly Pay: $2,608.92
Position SummaryA skilled Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) is needed to provide high-level respiratory care in an acute care environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical competency, autonomy, and experience in managing diverse patient populations requiring respiratory support. This role includes night shifts, weekend coverage, and floating to additional facilities within the system as needed.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform respiratory care procedures including oxygen therapy, ventilation management, airway maintenance, and pulmonary treatments
Assess, evaluate, and document patient respiratory status and responses to therapy
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to support patient care plans
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure all procedures meet regulatory and safety standards
Respond to emergency situations involving airway management and respiratory distress
Float to other system-affiliated facilities within scope of practice when required
CRT or RRT accepted
Minimum 2 years of recent respiratory therapy experience
NBRC certification required
Active Ohio RRT license required
AHA BLS certification required
Ability to work weekends and float to additional facilities as needed
