Job Description

Job Summary: The Roofing Specialist at Boss Exteriors is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on residential and commercial buildings. This is a skilled labor job that requires physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work at heights. This is a full-time, hourly position based in Canby, Oregon. Responsibilities:

• Install and repair various types of roofing systems, including shingle, tile, metal, and flat roofs
• Measure and cut materials to fit the roof's dimensions
• Remove old or damaged roofing materials and prepare the roof for new installation
• Use roofing tools and equipment, such as hammers, saws, and nail guns
• Assist with loading and unloading roofing materials
• Inspect roofs for damage and make necessary repairs
• Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 year of experience in roofing or construction
• Experience with various roofing systems preferred
• Able to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
