Location: Onsite as needed, non-negotiable in Melville, NY. need to be local to Long Island (Nassau or Suffolk County, Queens, Brooklyn, or NYC)

Duration : 4-6 months contract-to-hire must be able to convert without sponsorship.

Mini-Circuits, a global leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of RF and microwave components, has recently kicked off its SAP S/4HANA implementation as part of a strategic business transformation. To support this initiative, we are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team onsite in Melville, NY. This is a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity with significant potential for career growth as we advance through our ERP journey.



Role Overview:
The SAP FICO Consultant will play a critical role in the ongoing S/4HANA implementation, partnering with business and IT stakeholders to ensure financial processes are seamlessly integrated into SAP. This individual will be responsible for configuration, support, and enhancement of SAP FICO modules, while also providing guidance on best practices throughout the implementation and post-go-live phases.



Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary SAP FICO subject matter expert during the S/4HANA implementation.
• Partner with finance, accounting, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.
• Assist in the design and integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.).
• Support financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing processes, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with the SI partner and internal project team to ensure successful implementation milestones.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Train and mentor end users on SAP FICO functionality and processes.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, with at least one full lifecycle implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance functionality, data structures, and integration points.
• Proven experience configuring GL, AP, AR, AA, and Controlling modules.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
• Ability to engage with both technical teams and finance stakeholders to bridge business requirements with SAP solutions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
