Job Description

Salary: $90,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO, including at least one successful brownfield S/4HANA conversion.
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA architecture, Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Central Finance.
• Proficiency in migration tools such as SUM with DMO, Readiness Check, and Simplification Item List.
• Demonstrated expertise in data migration, system conversion, and integration with other SAP modules.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design for S/4HANA FICO migration projects.
• Provide strategic advice on brownfield conversion from ECC to S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient data migration.
• Define and implement best practices for configuration, customization, and performance enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with offshore teams in India to ensure alignment and timely project delivery.
• Support project planning, manage risks, and facilitate stakeholder communication.

This position allows for remote work, requiring travel exclusively from the United States. We are particularly interested in candidates who possess experience with open-source LLMs and integration with SAP systems, as well as knowledge of SAP BTP and cloud-based deployment models. Certifications in SAP S/4HANA Finance or related modules, along with experience in agile project management methodologies and the ability to mentor junior architects and consultants, will help you stand out.
