Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce Apex development, Lightning framework, and Salesforce administration. The role includes leading Salesforce projects, designing scalable solutions, configuring the platform, integrating external systems, and ensuring technical excellence across all implementations. Additionally, the role includes Salesforce Architecture responsibilities such as solution design, integration leadership, performance optimization, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators in customizing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Gather and analyze requirements, provide technical recommendations, and support successful project delivery.
• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, layouts, data rules, and security settings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, system errors, and performance challenges.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and leverage new features to enhance solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure best development practices.
• Architect scalable Salesforce solutions for complex business needs.
• Lead integration efforts using REST/SOAP APIs and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Oversee data migration, system optimization, and governance standards.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with stakeholders for solution alignment.

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Salesforce administration: user management, workflows, security, data management.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development: Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, LWC.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, rules, layouts).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of UI components and Lightning platform.
• Expertise in Salesforce architecture, design, and solution blueprinting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Salesforce Certs, Salesforce Architect/CTA (desirable).

Experience: 10+ years in Salesforce development/architecture with proven implementation leadership.
