Position Overview
The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and related Salesforce technologies. This role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, integrations, and Declarative + Programmatic development within multi-cloud implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Flows, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL .
Configure complex Salesforce environments: custom objects, fields, workflows, page layouts, roles, profiles, approval processes, reports, and dashboards .
Develop and support Lightning component (LWC) and Lightning design development .
Perform Salesforce administration , including user management, security controls, data management, and audit compliance .
Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On (SSO) .
Follow Apex development best practices , ensuring maintainable and scalable code.
Utilize CI/CD and deployment tools to manage releases across environments.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development .
Expert-level experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs, SOQL/SOSL .
Strong experience in Salesforce integration services and API consumption .
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and Lightning framework programming concepts .
Proven experience with Reports & Dashboards and deployment/CI/CD processes .
Preferred Skills
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein, and/or Agentforce .
Experience working with Salesforce Analytics (Einstein Analytics / CRM Analytics).
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) .
Familiarity with SAFe, Jira, and HP ALM .
