The Opportunity:
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and experienced Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be a strong storyteller with a passion for building online communities and enhancing our brand presence across all social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and staying ahead of the latest social media trends. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
• Manage, oversee, and publish high-quality content across all social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create compelling written and visual content, including graphics and short-form videos.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive and engaged online community.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to refine future social media strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Manage influencer outreach and collaborate on partnerships to amplify brand messaging.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand voice and messaging consistency. 

Qualifications:

• Experience : Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. Demonstrated experience and a strong portfolio are key.
• Social Media Expertise : In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite). Experience with content creation tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Content Skills : Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical Ability : Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and report on campaign performance.
• Creativity : A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and staying current with online trends.
• Soft Skills : A self-starter with excellent time-management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
