Job Title: Software EngineerJob Description We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Software Engineer to join a dynamic team within an automotive supplier in the Dublin, Ohio area. This role focuses on the software development and testing of infotainment and navigation systems for a major Automotive OEM. Responsibilities + Develop and test infotainment software for automotive systems. + Collaborate with team members to integrate software with hardware components. + Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative features for navigation systems. + Utilize Git for version control and collaborate on source code management. Essential Skills + 1-2 years of experience with Android Applications. + Proficiency in C++ programming language. + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering. + Experience in software application development and source code management. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with infotainment systems. + Familiarity with the Japanese automotive industry. + Knowledge of wire Android applications. Work Environment The position offers a positive and supportive small team environment. You will occasionally work at Honda facilities and gain exposure to a Japanese automotive environment. The opportunity to transition to a direct position may be available after nine months. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dublin, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.45 - $31.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
