What You’ll Do

• Train with the Best – Work side-by-side with experienced techs and engineers to learn everything about battery storage systems.
• Get in the Action – Help install and wire up battery energy storage units at homes and commercial sites across Texas.
• Troubleshoot Like a Pro – Learn how to diagnose and fix battery issues, run tests, and bring systems back to life.
• Master the Details – Understand how every component works together for maximum performance and safety.
• Stay Safe & Sharp – Follow safety protocols like a boss while learning how to spot and avoid potential hazards.
• Own Your Progress – Keep detailed notes and reports as you build your skillset and grow your expertise.

What You Need

• Valid TDLR Apprentice License (non-negotiable)
• Prior Experience with Solar Batteries
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a bonus!)
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and components
• Strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a willingness to learn
• Great communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• A real passion for renewable energy and making an impact
