Job Description
This is a full-time position with fluctuating hours. Potential to work from home part-time. This job is commission-based with a minimum base draw that will be discussed during your interview.
You will be responsible for managing those trying to buy a home through our rent-to-own program. You will handle inbound inquiries and phone calls, explain the program and answer questions, schedule showings, screen potential tenants, write paperwork, and walk clients through the home-buying process.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all leads that are assigned to you based on a round-robin system
- Following up with potential tenant buyers to help them through the HomeWays home-buying process
- Scheduling showings
- Generating contract paperwork for closings
- One-on-one meetings with tenant buyers at closing
- Monitoring the tenant buyer's success throughout the duration of their contract
Qualifications:
- Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
- Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
