Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive brand growth through strategic online initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and digital advertising. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, data-driven decision-making, and technical expertise to enhance our online presence, engage target audiences, and achieve business objectives.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, content, design, and product development to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. You will analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies, and stay abreast of industry trends to keep our digital marketing efforts innovative and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:

    • Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
    • Identify target audiences and develop tailored marketing campaigns.
    • Define KPIs and set measurable objectives for digital initiatives.
  • Campaign Management:

    • Plan, develop, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
    • Manage content calendars and coordinate content creation with designers, writers, and other stakeholders.
    • Optimize campaigns based on performance data and industry best practices.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

    • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
    • Manage paid search campaigns and monitor ad performance.
  • Content & Social Media Management:

    • Develop engaging content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and landing pages.
    • Grow and engage social media communities, increase followers, and improve engagement metrics.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    • Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.
    • Use data insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Budget & Vendor Management:

    • Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
    • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners as needed.
  • Stay Updated:

    • Keep current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
    • Experiment with new strategies and platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
