Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Painter to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. The candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and finishing both interior and exterior surfaces in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. Attention to detail, quality workmanship, and commitment to safety are essential.

 Pay $23-28 an hour

  Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare walls and other surfaces (e.g., scraping, sanding, patching, caulking)
• Apply paint, varnish, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
• Mix and match paint colors and ensure proper coverage
• Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths and tape
• Clean tools, equipment, and work areas after each project
• Communicate with clients and supervisors regarding job status and updates
• Perform minor drywall or plaster repairs as needed

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of painting experience
• Knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques used in painting
• Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and at heights
• Reliable transportation to job sites in the Milwaukee area
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with a crew
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions

• Experience with commercial/industrial painting

• Familiarity with spray equipment or epoxy coatings
