What We’re Looking For:

• Associate’s Degree
• 2+ years of administrative assistant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to safety and service
• Quick learner and problem solver with high attention to detail

What You’ll Do as a Part-Time Team Administrator:

• Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings for local and regional distribution leaders
• Arrange travel for team members supporting multiple distribution centers
• Manage office operations including shipping, inventory of uniforms and PPE, and vendor coordination
• Process invoices, purchase orders, memos, and reports
• Support team events from planning through execution
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
