Job Description

The Job We are seeking an experienced full-cycle Recruiter to temporarily join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for various positions within the company. This individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to fill open positions. What You’ll Do Partner with hiring managers to confirm role requirements, create accurate job descriptions, and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Post positions internally and externally, ensuring postings meet company brand and compliance standards (EEO, OFCCP, and other applicable regulations). Source qualified candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, professional groups, employee referrals, and social media. Review resumes and conduct initial phone/video screens to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural alignment. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Gather and relay timely feedback between candidates and hiring managers, facilitating informed and timely decisions. Manage the full offer process, including extending offers, negotiating terms, and confirming acceptance. Initiate and coordinate pre-onboarding tasks, including background checks, reference checks, and document collection. Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and requisition records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates) to HR and leadership. Proactively represent Agora’s employer brand by promoting company culture and values through professional networks and recruitment channels. Continuously identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process and enhance candidate engagement from application to onboarding. Are You A Fit? What You Need Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a contract or agency setting. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements. Preferred Skills Experience in consumer finance or auto finance: Prior experience or familiarity with the specific industry or domain in which the company operates can be highly advantageous in understanding the unique requirements of the positions being recruited for. Advanced Sourcing Techniques: Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search methods, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms, can enhance the ability to identify and attract top talent. Employer Branding: Understanding of employer branding principles and experience in promoting the company's brand through various channels can help attract passive candidates and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice. Technical Skills: Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite can facilitate efficient management of recruitment processes and documentation. Industry Networking: Strong networking skills and an established network within the industry can facilitate candidate sourcing and referrals, leading to a broader candidate pool. Physical Requirements Ability to travel to networking events and conferences. Staring at a computer screen for extended periods.
