Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Maternal Care
Location: Manhattan, NY (Home Health, Travel to Patients Homes within Bronx Borough)
Shift: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Position Type: 40 hours/week (8-hour shifts, 5 days/week, rotating weekends)
Pay Rate:
Travel Rate: $3,039/week
Local Rate: $2,362.50/week
Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – Maternal Care for an exciting Travel or Local job in Manhattan, NY.
Responsibilities:
Provide in-home nursing care to maternal and child patients, ensuring clinical excellence.
Manage a patient caseload of 4–8 cases per day within the Bronx Borough.
Monitor, assess, and document patient progress according to home health standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and provide patient education.
Guide families regarding maternal and pediatric care, including L&D and NICU follow-up needs.
Perform all duties in accordance with ethical and professional nursing standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience in MedSurg, Maternal and Child Care, Critical Care, or Pediatrics.
Recent maternal-child home health experience required.
Experience in L&D and NICU strongly preferred.
Education & Licensure:
Active RN license in New York State (Primary Source Verification required).
AHA BLS certification required.
