Assistant Crop Farm Manager and Equipment Operator Position immediately available on a 2000 acre, 700 cow family dairy farm in central Wisconsin. The successful applicant will lead a team that plants and harvests crops, and maintains the equipment in support of the dairy operation. Leadership experience, good organization skills, good communication skills and the ability solve problems with others will be required. Other responsibilities include moving feed and equipment, and feeding cows on the cow feeders day off.
Compensation depends on abilities and experience. Excellent starting salary. After a trial period, housing may be available as an added benefit. Hours flexible depending on the season.
